So, I finally fixed up this site a little and I have more things to put up and take down. I changed the list of music, because obviously my preferences have changed in the year. :] In addition, my radio blog [
www ]is back up! Yayness! Yeah so uh.. hopefully I won't have any bandwidth problems.. I just have to keep a close eye on it this time.
I've also started to move The Higurashi Shrine [
www ] to my domain. I haven't gotten too far since I've been very busy with school and all but HOPEFULLY it'll be done by the end of the year. I dunno.. I'm just too lazy.. I REALLY want to work on it more, but my love for the site is diminishing. Which is why I want to expand it; if it's solely about Inuyasha I'm really not going to care about it that much. Only reason I keep it around is because there aren't that many Inuyasha sites (good ones anyway) up anymore.
Of course school is something that is keeping me busy, in addition to that I have to start applying to college. >< My schedule isn't as bad as it was before I had to get it corrected -_- but here it is so far:

My internship class is pretty cool since I get to leave school and go to a company and work for them until school is over. I work at the hospital and so far me and another girl are just visiting different departments a day and getting a taste of everything. Yesterday, we went where they do EKGs (records elecrical impulses of the heart)and stress tests. Hehe they made us do one and explained to us what the results meant. Others did the same with the EEG (records elecrical impulses of the brain) and some device that measures your lung volume. That was probably the most interesting day I had, we actually DID something instead of sitting at the desk doing nothing. It was pretty amusing how they would make fun of each other.. my job better be like that.. I don't want to dread going to work, I want to be excited everyday, enjoying what I do.

So now Jackie lives in Key West, Florida, where there's more gay flags than American flags, but I guess it's alright. =P The only thing I like about
here is that I don't have to worry about the bitter cold and I live 5 minutes from the beach and I'm closer to family, otherwise it sucks. I'm not entirely keen into making
new friends, but I do talk to people.. I can't go days without talking to people my age otherwise I'll go mad. I still talk to my friends everyday
and I wish I could see them ;_;..
Over spring break I went to Cuba to visit family I haven't seen since I was 5. It was so much fun and I'm glad my dad decided to take me. I forgot how much
fun I used to have there and it also improved my Spanish a lot since I kinda suck at it. ^^; I stayed in Baracoa where my father grew up and it's remarkably
beautiful and it's surrounded by tropical rainforest, which is something I don't get to see everyday, then is at the coast of the Gulf of Mexico. My cousin
(well, she's my dad's) gave us a tour of Cuba and I got to see a lot of things I don't remember and many other family. If you wanna see mics,

Two weeks ago I went on a junior class field trip to Busch Gardens, and now I'm officially a rollercoaster fanatic. o_o I can't get enough of them now..
It was also a very good way to get to know a lot of people in my class, now I feel more comfotable around them. ^^ I'm also an intern, I signed up for a
medical internship, but I'm not 100% sure if I'll get it since a lot of my classmates want that field.
Hehe, that's a rollercoaster in Busch Gardens called
Sheikra and that's the first 90 degree drop and let me tell you.. my stomach was in places where
it should've been. @_@ I took this picture while being on the skyride and it was fun randomly scaring people passing on the ride. ^-^ I haven't been sued yet
for my immature behaviour, so I guess why not.
On a sadder note, my little sister Sapphire got extremely ill and was in the hospital for a week and a half. She was diagnosed with a condition called
Cardiac Arrhythmia, and she had surgery and hopefully she'll
be fine. =) It's truely amazing how people don't realize what they have and take for granted what they have.. we're all guilty for doing so. =\

Today's the last day of school and I'm officially a senior. It feels so weird though.. it doesn't feel like this school year is over.. it went by so fast. And
imagine, I'll be going off to college next year, it's a scary thought. At least, for me. It's hard to describe, everything is happening so fast, as
if there was no intermediate in my maturation. Not to mention in 22 days is my 17th birthday, but who's counting.. I swear I just had a birthday a few days
ago, but nope. Time does fly. Not really a special occassion.. it's more depressing than an exciting celebration. All that date represents to me is that
I lost something that I'll never have returned to me. Oh well, at least I will no longer have to sneak into R rated movies and I'm legally allowed to drive
after 11 P.M.
Also, in 27 more days I'm off to Europe again. This will be my last student ambassador trip since it's extremely expensive. I paid for majority of this trip
and my parents only paid $1000. XP Yes,
only.. that's nothing compared to what I have to struggle for on minimum wage for 8 months. This time I'll be
going to France, Austria, Switzerland, and Italy. Also, a few of my friends are going on the trip, so it'll be a nice little reunion. I'm not too fussy about
France.. I just want to see the sights and go shopping. I went once when I was 6.. got lost and hated it. I've never been to Austria and Switzerland.. in
Austria we're going to be seeing an actual well preserved concentration camp. It's clean and all, but everything is basically the same. And of course
I'm looking forward to Italy and we'll be staying in Venice for a few days and I already got permission that I can stay with my grandparents for one day.
^_^ It'll be nice to be back in my old room.. my old home in general. I can't wait for Rome since I've never been since it was too far from where I lived
and my parents couldn't afford it. I also promised my mom I would get back her roseary that was blessed by the pope in the Vatican that I accidently broke. ^^;
I have nothing else to talk about, so I guess it's time to call it a day.. ciao.
